I moved to Bendigo in 2016 from Tamworth NSW where I was Specialist in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital to accompany my husband, Dr Kishor Singh who is also an Obstetrian and Gynaecologist.

 

​I started my medical career in India and I have been Obstetrician and Gynaecologist over 30 years.

Before coming to Australia in 2007, I was a consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in Delhi for 15 years and in Fiji for 3 years. In addition, I also served as Medical Superintendent in Red Cross Hospital in Delhi.

I take keen interest in teaching and held academic positions both overseas and Australia such as Senior lecturer in University of New England and Newcastle UniversityI and Conjoint Professor in Indian College of Maternal and Child health.

Now I focus only on general gynaecology and ensure personalized care for patients. I believe in a holistic approach to management of women’s health
